  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products

  • If a product is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you for refund or alternative

  • All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT

  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice

  • The applicable price is what is visible at the time of purchase

  • Obvious pricing errors will not be honored

  • Shipping within Portugal: 3-5 business days

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers

  • Customer is responsible for providing correct and complete address

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address may incur additional costs

5.3 Products Damaged in Transit

  • Inspect order upon receipt

  • Report damage within 48 hours to support@ainode.info

  • Provide clear photographs of damage

  • 30 days for returns of unused products

  • Products must be in original condition with packaging

  • Customer pays return shipping (except defects)

  • 12-month manufacturer warranty

  • Warranty does not cover improper use, accidental damage or normal wear
