Ainode Store Policies

 

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return or refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, the product must:

  • Be in original condition, unused and undamaged

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals and certificates

  • Have intact and legible serial number

  • Show no signs of use, scratches or physical damage

Products NOT eligible for return:

  • Products showing signs of use or customer-caused damage

  • Products without original packaging or with damaged packaging

  • Hygienic products (smart rings, fitness bands) after sealed packaging is opened

  • Customized or specially ordered products

Return Process

1. Contact us first Email [support@ainode.info] with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Product photographs (if applicable)

2. Return Authorization You'll receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.

3. Ship the Product

  • Pack the product securely in original packaging

  • Include RMA number visible on outside of package

  • Use tracked shipping service

  • Important: Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility, except for defective products or our error

4. Inspection and Refund

  • We inspect the product within 3-5 business days of receipt

  • If approved, refund is processed within 5-7 business days

  • Refund issued to original payment method

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt

  • Provide clear photographs of defect or damage

  • We cover return shipping costs

  • We offer replacement or full refund

Product Warranty

All products have 12-month manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage caused by improper or accidental use

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Products modified or repaired by third parties

  • Water damage (unless product is water-resistant)

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product:

  1. Request return of original product

  2. Place new order for desired product

Order Cancellation

Before shipping:

  • Free cancellation within 24 hours of order

  • Full refund processed within 3-5 business days

After shipping:

  • Normal return policy applies

  • Customer responsible for return costs

Anti-Fraud Protection

To protect all customers, we reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that don't meet established conditions

  • Apply 20% restocking fee on products returned in non-sellable condition

  • Block accounts with abusive return patterns

  • Report fraudulent activity to authorities

Partial Refunds

Partial refund may be applied if:

  • Product returned without original packaging: 15% deduction

  • Product with minimal signs of use: 20-30% deduction

  • Missing accessories: deduction of accessory value
